Refractions - NYC

  • The DiMenna Center for Classical Music 450 West 37th Street New York, NY, 10018 United States (map)

In physics, when a wave, such as a ray of light, passes through a change in medium, the wave itself changes. In the Beo production ‘Refractions’, four pieces of music explore the concept of changing light, some literally and some figuratively. The show features four contemporary works, three of which were written for Beo and will be performed for the first time on this series.

Making its NYC debut, Beo will also perform ‘Refractions’ in two other cities. Be sure to catch this original project while you can.
